If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it simple.
RERURNS
You may request a return:
Within 7 days of delivery
For items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition
With all original tags and packaging intact
To initiate a return, please email us at [cs.rusticindigo@gmail.com] with your order number.
All return requests are subject to review and approval by the Company in accordance with this Policy
Return instructions and the return address will be provided after the return request is approved.
EXCHANGES
We currently offer exchanges for:
Size changes
Defective or incorrect items
Availability depends on stock. If your requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Customs duties, import taxes, and other governmental charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until received
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Subtle variations in tone and texture are part of the garment’s character—not defects.
